Online provides the secure management of business information, both electronic and paper-based. These services are provided throughout NZ to businesses and government departments and are focused on helping customers manage and protect their information across all formats, for the purposes of records retention and business compliance.
The secure services are provided by four brands: Data Security; Archive Security; Document Destruction and Secure Distribution. All services comply with or exceed appropriate international codes of practice plus the New Zealand Security Association’s Code of Practice for the Destruction of Sensitive Material.
As a registered security business, all employees are required, as a minimum requirement to be vetted annually by the NZ Police and Department of Justice. Some employees have higher levels of clearance, depending on specific clients requirements.
